1. Controller
WildSpin is operated by RJ Digital, acting as the data controller for personal data collected through this Site. If you have questions about your data, contact us at support@wild-spin.com.
2. What data we collect
Browsing data: We collect anonymised analytics (pages visited, approximate region, device type) to understand how the Site is used.
Contact form: When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
We do not collect: We do not ask for payment details, gambling account credentials, or identity documents. We do not create user accounts on this Site.
3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
We process contact-form data under Art. 6(1)(b) — necessary to take steps at your request before a contract (responding to your enquiry). Analytics data is processed under Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in improving the Site, based on anonymised or pseudonymised data.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the Site to function and analytics cookies to measure traffic. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent. You can withdraw or change your cookie preferences at any time. We do not use cookies for advertising or profiling.
5. How long we keep data
Contact-form messages are kept for up to 12 months after the enquiry is resolved, then deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and periodically aggregated beyond individual identifiability.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. Contact-form data may be shared with our email service provider solely to deliver your message to us. These processors act under our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
7. International transfers
If personal data is processed by a provider outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision to ensure a lawful transfer basis.
8. Your rights under GDPR
EU residents have the following rights regarding their personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restriction — limit processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — for any processing based on consent, at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@wild-spin.com. We respond within one month, as required by GDPR.
9. Children's data
This Site is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
11. Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Latvia, that is the Data State Inspectorate (DVI).
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or practice. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest revision.
